(ConservativeFreePress.com) – U.S. business leaders have reacted to the attempted assassination of Trump on Saturday.
Minutes after taking the stage at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, a bullet pierced former President Donald Trump’s right ear.
The act of political violence had garnered responses from the U.S.’s most prominent business executives and billionaires, including Tim Cook, Jamie Dimon, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg.
Apple CEO Tim Cook
Taking to X, Apple CEO Tim Cook shared that he is praying for “President Trump’s rapid recovery,” noting his thoughts are with Trump and his family as well as the victims and concluded by condemning the violence.
JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon
In a message to JPMorgan Chase’s employees on Sunday, Jamie Dimon expressed being “deeply saddened by the political violence” and attempted assassination of Trump.
He added the “entire leadership team” was thinking of Trump, his family, and the families of the victims at the rally.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk
In a post in the immediate aftermath of the assassination attempt, Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk shared that he is “fully” endorsing the former President “and “hope[s] for his rapid recovery.”
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg
Posting to Meta-owned Threads, Mark Zuckerberg said he is “Praying for a quick recovery for President Trump,” and described Saturday as “such a sad day for our country.”
Investor Bill Ackman
Bill Ackman, the billionaire founder of Pershing Square Capital Management, also took to X to announce he would be endorsing Trump and shared he’d reveal more about his reasons later.
Amazon Co-founder Jeff Bezos
In a post on his official X account, Amazon co-founderJeff Bezos, who has been critical of Trump in the past, described Trump as showing “tremendous grace and courage” during the attack and expressed being grateful Trump is safe while expressing sadness “for the victims and their families.”
